Once you have chosen your announcement design and have completed the ordering process, you will need to send us your photos via email to info@poshphotodesigns.com.  Photos need to be in high-quality, JPEG form, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi, or 1600 x 1200 ppi.  The highest resolution setting on your digital camera is usually adequate.  However, each photo should not exceed 2 MB.  Please send original, uncropped photos for best results.  We will crop the photos, apply black/white or sepia options, and make any changes necessary to insure that each photo will look its best.   Once we receive your order and your photos, a designer will then contact you via email to clarify any specific instructions you might have. 

We are happy to design text in the listed languages; however, please note that all business is conducted in English, and we do not provide translation.

From the time we receive your photos, it only takes 2-3 business days for your designer to send you (via email) the completed announcement design for proofing.  After things are just the way you want them, your design is printed in a professional photo lab on high-quality Fujicolor Crystal Archive photo paper.  You will receive your announcements within 5-7 business days from the time we print them, depending on your location.  We will keep your announcement design on hand for 60 days in the event that you need to order additional prints.

Refund Policy:  You can receive a complete refund of your money if you contact us within the first 24 hours after submitting your order.  Once your designer has begun work on your announcements but before the announcements have been printed, you can receive a full refund minus a $25 design fee.  Only after you have proofed your design and the announcements have been printed will there be no refund of any kind.
